1- 10 Regional Focal points:
San Diego,  San Francisco,  Kansas City, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, New York City, Toledo, Miami

2- DAYTON HUMAN TRAFFICKING ACCORDS Symposium in each city to focus the energies of local advocates (at A.B.A. or Attorney Generals office)

3- Schedule “In-School Awareness and Education” program, as outlined by the U.S. Dept. of Education, in three schools per city (Middle, Junior High, High Schools)

3- Pro-Bono and Grant-funded Civil litigation assistance and proactive lobbying of government, prosecutors and Attorney Generals in all 50 states

4- Enhanced and interactive online Resource Guide for victims (utilizing the ABA reports from 2008)

5- Updated report and list of action items (by city) for 2011 special programs
